An athlete under 13 never has a login, an email address, or a phone number of their own on the platform. Their parents and guardians are the only contact. That is a rule of the product, not a setting someone has to remember to turn on.

Straight answers
Is this for schools or for clubs?
Schools. SchoolAthleticsHQ is the school edition of TravelSportsHQ, which runs competitive club sports programs. It's the same platform, set up for athletic directors, with school wording and school team levels.
Does it handle eligibility, physicals, or gate tickets?
Not today. It covers schedules, rosters, communication, tournaments, your public athletics site, and display screens. If eligibility tracking or ticketing is what you need most, tell us on the demo form. What athletic directors ask for shapes what gets built next.
How much does it cost?
We quote per school after a short demo, so the price fits your department's size. There are no pricing games: we'll tell you the number on the call.
What about our students' data?
Athletes under 13 never have their own login, email, or phone number; parents and guardians are the only contact. We're glad to walk through your district's policies on a call, and to answer questions from whoever reviews software for your school.
